The fabulous Shiraz Hotel opened in the summer of 2003 in Egerszalok. The hotel is an attractive mixture of luxury, oriental comfort and Mediterranean atmosphere which lends to it a unique, and family-friendly character. Hotel of the Thousand and One Nights.

The Hotel Shiraz has been built in the water-surrounded centre of the village. A creek runs from the hotel to the lake near to village. This creek comes from a mineral spring, which is also famous for its natural salt aggregation. The pride of the village is the well-known Spa \'Hoforras\', which is open throughout the year, day and night. The spa is located 1.5 km from the hotel.

We have 21 rooms, which allow for a comfortable stay for 49 persons. All of our rooms have a colour television, internet connection, mini bar and air-conditioning. The walls are decorated with a Berber motif and the corridors are made more colourful with lamps made of camel- and goatskin.

Our hotel is well-equipped with baby-friendly facilities: we provide cribs, baby intercom, high chair, or even baby-sitting, if needed.

For the convenience of your children, toys, games, and films suitable for their age are also available in the playing room. In the summertime, however, various options are offered in the garden, including a child\'s pool or swings. We also have a menu designed especially for children.
