General Conditions for motorhome rentals

                           MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD:

Minimum duration in the low season is 3 days (in winter season minimum 7 days), in high season 10 days. (Winter season: from 1st of November to 28st of Februar)

Booking:

We only accept booking for seating capacity (category), not makes.

Deposit:

The amount of deposit is 1200 Euro in cash, but the rental fee and deposit together should be at least 2000 Euro.

Further Conditions:

Upon booking a reservation down payment of 40% of the full rental fee is payable, the rest should be paid two weeks before departure at the latest. In case of cancellation we refund 50 % of the amount of money already paid. In case of preliminary rental, failure to pay 40% of the full rental fee within two weeks results in cancellation of rental.

Minimum Age:

19 years for all categories

Driving Licence:

A valid driving licence, of at least two years.

Documents Required:

passport / ID card and driving licence of at least two years for renter and one passenger
Driving licence and ID card of driver(s)
Two utility bills dated within the past 30 days bearing name and address of renter

Rates include:

• VAT
• Than 15 days, there is no kilometer limitation
  under 15 days, renting fee includes 300 km/ day
  extra charge for km is 0,15 EUR + VAT / km
• Hungarian highway stickers (from 11th of June to 31st of August)
• Collision damage waiwer (CDW)
• Theft protection (TP)
• Third party insurance
• Oil and other lubricants
• Border crossing policy

Rates exclude:

• preparation fee (75 Euro / vehicle)
• Refuelling charges (all RVs are collected and returned with full tank).
• Parking and other costs incurred during journey

Driving outside Hungary is subject to special conditions and restrictions. Please notify us of your intended cross-border travel when booking.

Other:

Every caravan is equipped with bicycle holder, daylight top, Hi-Fi equipment, kitchen recess, refrigerator, built-in bathroom. There are air-conditioner (220 V) in the category "Premium", and occasionally a garage for transport bicycle or moped respectively. The car functions with Diesel engine. Category B driving licence required.

The motorhome can be collected from 9.00 a.m on the pick-up date and must be returned until 5.00 p.m. on the return date. An extra 62,5 Euro is charged for collection or return outside opening hours. A fee equivalent to one day’s rent is charged for each 12-hour period after the deadline.
